Review: "Deal or Duel: An Alexander Hamilton Card Game" by Potter
Not only is it full of amazing history that can be taught to children of all ages but as an adult eager and hungry to gain knowledge--I learned a lot of amazing information regarding the era of this time.
"In the face of the political instability and financial turmoil of the American Revolution, only one individual always came out on top: Alexander Hamilton. Pit your survival instincts and spending savvy against all the founding fathers (and mothers) in this historic action card game whose simple objective is as old as Ameritocracy itself: get all the money or die trying."
Inside your game box you’ll Find:
-54 Historical Face Cards
-120 Action Cards
-40 Hamilton Cards
-$3,500 Colonial Cash
-Face Card Roster Scroll
-Playing Mat
Apparently it's great for children ages 10+
and it can be played with 2-4 players. Depending on how many people you want to duel or deal with.
There is colonial money that is handed out, and of course like the title says dealing and dueling.
There are a lot of cards that include Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Paine, Hercules Mulligan, and so many more.
I have never reviewed a card game
before and quite frankly, I am no professional in this field but what I
can give you is my photos and my word--I truly loved it. It kept me and
my family busy for hours on end! We laughed, we giggled and we got even
in those dark moments of greed. lol
Hamilton is huge, his name is pretty much well-known.
Thanks to the musical "Hamilton" by Lin-Manuel--pretty much everyone who is anyone knows the name.

I have loved anything regarding History, from the dark ages to the civil rights moments.
It's just so interesting and so great to know about the very history that built who we are today.
I personally think everyone should play this game.
From children to adults alike. It will give us all an idea of what it's like to be a certain character at that certain time.
It will teach us the value of money and how to properly execute a successful "deal".
Teachers should use this alongside their curriculum.
One drawback is that the rules and instructions are a little confusing.
You have to really talk it over with your piers for quite some time before getting a good idea how to play this game.
I don't really think me and my family properly played it to the "book" but it was fun just the same.
Now, as for packaging and boxing.
I really loved the design and illustrations on this card game box.
The box it came in was nicely designed to really show what the card game inside was going to be about.
Actually, I plan to collect History related items and I wouldn't be ashamed to prop this up with the lot of them.

Would recommend this to anyone who loves learning
about history or playing games that are centered around it.
